BECAUSE EASTER IS ON APRIL 20 AND GOOD FRIDAY IS ON APRIL 13
and May weather can swing from hot to hotter in an instant,
THE DATES CHOSEN ARE

APRIL 24, 25, 26, 27 (Thursday through Sunday)

April weather in the Pahrump valley is excellent.

The brothels included are Sheri's'Ranch, Chicken Ranch, Alien, Love Ranch South, Bikini's (if open) , Angels Ladies, Shady Lady. It is a 73-mile trip from Pahrump to Angel's ladies and another 32 miles to shady lady, so plan transportation appropriately....

People who want to present awards must PM Sportsman in plenty of time for him to set it up on the schedule.

Now is the time for brothels management  to choose a date they want to be in charge of the nighttime action.  PM sportsman

 ]People who want to go to Front Sight to shoot must make their own arrangements

A tour of the Pahrump Valley Winery will be arranged by sportsman. Interested people should PM him. At least 8 must be interested; lunch and winetasting at the winery will be part of the experience

Those wanting to tour Spring Mountain Motorsports Park should make their own arrangements ,
Those wanting to play in a poker tournament should PM Sportsman. At least 7 are needed for a $25  buyin tournament to happen. It will be at 11 a.m. on Friday at the Nugget.
There is one major special event and that is the Saturday dinner. Two sites are being considered, the Stockman's Steakhouse in the Nugget Hotel and the Pahrump Valley Winery. I would like to see at least 20 people say they will attend the dinner. Ordering off the menu will be used,

That is a tentative schedule. We are now  seeking input from the masses.

If you are doing poker,  I have no clue how to play it.. Just know how to serve drinks, food, and be a "lady luck".    I usually wear a cute cigarette girl outfit.

If you had scheduled it for Jan-Feb, I would have been interested, but April is into the busy time here.  As well, for me late April is too close to the July event, so I would have to make a choice either/or.... And Reno wins out for me for a bunch of reasons.

It will happen if people make a concerted effort to provide positive reinforcement, ideas, help and don't kibitz.

Hey, we're not getting any younger and who knows if us old guys will have another chance at an organized Pahrump Brothel Party in the distant future. If we have an opportunity to party, we shouldn't put it off because we may live to regret it someday. The Reno LPIN Gathering Annual Meeting is approximately 2.5 months after Sportsman's Pahrump Brothel Party, so that's ample time to recuperate. Besides we may be unavoidably committed to another matter or ill at the time of Reno LPIN Gathering thereby missing both events.

How many out of town mongers will attend the July LPIN Gathering Annual Meeting in Reno if Hof buys up the Exit 28 properties? For the Hof haters, maybe it is time to look at other meeting areas close to the brothels with more ownership variety available. Hof only has 2 brothels up and running in Nye County right now, and it looks like Madam Sonja has free reign and does things "her way" for the most part. Brothel competition is good in Nye County, the competition can also lower prices. Las Vegas has an airport that is a bit bigger than Reno's. Not sure about travel time and costs to Elko, but that is another option to think about.

Hey, I'm not saying dont have it...  Any chance for mongers to get together is a good one!   But like you said firefighter, we're not getting any younger, and it just aint gonna happen that I plan for (and finance) two brothel trips less than 3 months apart.   For me, the trip is also as much about seeing old friends as fucking my brains out, and I have a funny feeling that friends like Jagged, IB, Sheri, Farokien, and others wont make the trip down south...    (Plus, while there is Skydive Las Vegas,  Soar NV  is gonna be 8 hrs away......)

Early April would have worked, because of NAB it's a business trip, but late April won't. As Fred said 2 trips in 3 months isn't doable. I'm still hoping to attend Octoberfest (Oct. 9) at the CR, and make it over to the ACH. I don't care who owns the brothel, if the ladies are hot I'll party!

JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH Dates were not considered because of weather inconsistencies IN THE PAHRUMP VALLEY..
THE DATES  WERE POSTED IN AUGUST 2013, WHICH GIVES PEOPLE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING AROUND SEVEN MONTHS TO PLAN THEIR TRIP. AT LEAST ANOTHER MONTH can be THE time TO IRON OUT FINAL DETAILS OF WHAT COULD BE A FOUR-DAY STAY IN THE PAHRUMP/Las Vegas AREA.
  WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM THE PEOPLE WHO SAY THEY WILL NOT ATTEND.  I WONDER HOW THEY CAN MAKE SUCH A DECISION WITH THE EVENT STILL EIGHT MONTHS IN THE FUTURE, I WISH I KNEW MY SCHEDULE THAT FAR IN ADVANCE.

I AM DEVOTING MY TIME TO SATISFY THOSE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO TAKE PART IN A SOUTHERN NEVADA PARTY, NOT THOSE WHO HAVE RUSHED TO JUDGEMENT BY STATING THEY WILL NOT ATTEND FOR VARIOUS  REASONS.
