Thirty Thousand dollars? I repeat Thirty Thousand dollars??

Bluntly put, no. That's 60 times or more than I would consider reasonable. If somebody is willing to drop that much on a couple of hours of entertainment, I've no gripe with, as long as nobody else is expected to follow suite.

But a few days? Think about it?

You realize for that kind of money, I could throw a big party and book many well known bands to play?

Yes, but you don't sound like you are in to sex anymore...and this board is about sex...not KISS or Elton John or Ariana Grande.

I'm into sex. I just don't want to still be paying for it 30 years after I had it.  ::)

Not really an Elton John fan either.

That could be about a Hundred or more Half and Half partys.

Why not more if you plan them right?

You could always spend a little more for a nice hotel room. :P

1. Hugh Hefner Sky Villa
Is the most expensive suite on the Strip with a glass elevator to the second floor, an infinity pool with the Playboy logo on the bottom (the iconic bunny is everywhere), a rotating bed with mirrors on the ceiling. There’s also an indoor waterfall, a massage room, screening room, private gym, an eight-person hot tub and a sauna. Hefner, of course, stays free but you need to shed $40,000 to make like Hefner for a night.

Hotel: The Palms
Rates: $40,000 per night
Square footage: 10,000

Which hotel?

The Palms.

See the bolded text above. ;)

Not really, that would be roughly equal to sixty normal parties, so the cost/benefit analysis indicates that the sixty individual parties, spread out over time, would be preferable. While having such a pricey one off party might make one somewhat legendary in the community, I prefer a longer term benefit.

After reconsidering this most serious issue,

I have decided to change my answer from yes I might spend $30K in one night
to no, because in reality even if I had  that kind of money to burn
I am such a COB that I would have to spread that over at least a year and a half.

Still fantasizing about 15 overnights with Angel at the Shady Lady.  Dunno what I'd do in the Beatty area during the day for 15 days though...

I'd keep the 30k, save another 10 grand, wait a couple years and buy the new Tesla

Ya know Kevin, you're absolutely right. It's an old video. It was also when the stock market was way down.  I'll bet with the rebound in the stock market, it might now be 60k per night.

For the fellers who spend that kind of money, money must grow on trees.

I'm hoping Google comes out with something a little cheaper. Hope 2014 is the year of the electric car.
