They did a complete remodel and it looks nothing like the old Boomtown. What suprised me was the only resturaunt I could see was Denny's. What happened? Did all those truckers with big appetites bankrupt their buffet? It also looks like they have about 25% less slot machines.
Boomtown use to be the oldies capitol of Reno. They use to bus in all those older people on gambling junkets from Sac. and the bay area. Now, it looks like they are trying to go upscale.
