Not That I party with 18 year olds but wouldn't you rather see an 18 year old in a legal reasonably safe place than street walking. Not all teenagers that show up to work are "Sex Trafficked" There re some that are paying for school etc.
Well Kevinz I have to agree with you on this one. But you will never change the mind of Rachel . Even though her currant house she works at allows the 18-20 year old to work.

That is true about age where I work. Doesn't mean I agree with it. It is just my opinion. I'm sure you have opinions on your job too.
And I agree with Rachel as well, even though I've so far only done LPIN in Nye county which is 21.
There's plenty of work 18 year olds can get. In most states you can get a job at 16. It's not glamorous, but it's a job. It gives you real world experience.
With the internet there's even more avenues young people can pursue to make money. Not just in sex. If you're creative there's a lot of outlets to profit off your passions.
Education should still be a priority for our young people. More careers are built now with education beyond a high school level, as the world itself is becoming more advanced. But young people still need the education of life experience as well in order to fully thrive and mature. I didn't know shit about what I wanted as a teenager and my motivation to do anything was not being homeless. I got a lot of life experience in college and the shit jobs I had as a teen and college student. Namely how to deal with authority and customers and handle myself appropriately.
I really do believe everyone needs to work the service industry at some point in their lives. So they know it's not easy work and to not treat those in those jobs like dirt. Imagine serving a table of a dozen demanding rude people who leave the place a mess and racked up a $100+ bill who ate up a lot of your time, frustrating the other tables you also had to take care of, and in return you got less than a $10 tip. When in the US wait staff is not paid minimum wage. That is not uncommon. And in some places you don't even get that, you get a card telling you about Jesus. Oh boy! Working registers at a store, customer service or tech support at call centers, counter service or drive thru at fast food, baristas at coffee shops, bartenders, hotel staff.... There's some good life education right there.
What gets young people into the illegal trade isn't a lack of options in and of itself, it's the very real cycle of poverty and the trade itself being in their own backyards where it's normalized. Much like the business of illegal drugs. That is its own can of worms. Comparing apples to oranges here.
Let's move on from that.
