I don't think opening will happen anytime soon.  And operating at a low capacity can't be profitable. 

And now that Nevada takes its marching orders from Cali, will they ever fully reopen.

I don't think it's a bad plan for getting the casino back open. Not the same as we're use to but what is in the present times we live in.  Of course for those who could not gamble without smoking or drinking, it might present a problem. 

BTW: That's what suitcases are made for---to stash your  bottle right between the socks and underwear.  for when you get up to your room.  ;D

Makes some degree of sense to me. I'm sure the casinos and resorts will be sensitive to anything that could raise a liability issue, however specious. It'll be a while, if ever, before it gets back to Feb. 2020 levels.
