Based on my discussions with current management at DT I think the estimation is a little high. Those currently at Dovetail are really good with working with those on a budget. I would hate for this high estimation to prevent you from checking the DT out.

This is actually part of why I responded with the note that this was under previous management since that would not be clear unless someone read my other thread.   To be clear though that was not an estimation, it was an offer that was countered significantly lower (hence marked "flexible").  None of those numbers are estimates, I only obfuscated the negotiated drops some in case they happened were too unusual/personalized.
