Dovetail Ranch for rent

After seeing the fate of Love Ranch South I went digging for information on the houses that are currently in limbo, found a listing by the owner of the Dovetail on this Facebook Group:
https://m.facebook.com/groups/1125556944182235/
It’s the first one as of this post, he’s advertising a 4 bed/2 bath in Carlin for rent. I can’t be sure, but I’m pretty sure this is the Dovetail. I remember the room I saw Paige in being that gray color. It looks like the window with the Home Depot boxes was newly installed (I know he’s kind of a handyman/do it yourselfer so it’s possible he put some work in on the place), I think he may have put up drywall, but it looks like a portion of the bar remains.

But if this is in fact the Dovetail, it looks like we’ve lost another house, as this is being advertised as a residence for rent.

Over the years trend with losing more houses. Why does this trend continue?
Because Madam Tara and Madam Jennifer mistreat, bully, wanting to control numerous people; I stopped visiting the Mustang Ranch.  Therefore, can no longer recommend this business.

Hope you’re right.

The timing is definitely interesting, owner loses license, 3 months later he just *happens* to have a place for rent. Like I said he is a handyman so I can see him putting up drywall and covering the log walls inside.

Over the years trend with losing more houses. Why does this trend continue?
I think it’s because this business used to be more profitable but for many reasons (like the internet) it isn’t as profitable anymore. While an existing house is no doubt profitable for a current owner the upfront costs of building a new one from scratch or buying one can be prohibitive. Then when owners die/retire or do stupid things like letting kids inside their establishments and lose their license the houses aren’t replaced.
