What’s there to do in Tahoe besides drive to Moundhouse and party?

I’m not a winter sportsman. So is there anything to do besides gamble and ski/snowboard? Especially during the winter?

I like the vibe of Incline Village, nice hotels and lodges there.  Maybe an older hotel with a reading place and fireplace?
