VPN Access via RIPE will be blocked!

Q:
If you are trying to use a VPN that proxies through the RIPE network, then it will be BLOCKED!
This goes for attempted new member registrations and any board access.  Including unregistered Guests!
No exceptions.  Too much crapola from those offshore hackers!
