Your Dream Champagne for NYE

I'm not much of a champagne drinker, but I love to try different types of cocktails. I do have a dream champagne that I have been wanting to try for a long time but always find an excuse to wait. It's Vueve Cliquot Rose'. Has anyone had it? I saw one bottle that wasn't awful for 60 bucks and another 2000 year reserve bottle for a couple of hundred bucks. Anyone know the difference and what's your champagne you want to try?

Not much of a drinker except for Diet Coke and Coffee and some beer but I do make a mean Root beer float. I use to drink Tom collins but too many bartenders confuse it and make a Vodka collins and I then have to tell them a Tom Collins is made with Gin, not vodka.

That is a good holiday question.

What is the favorite adult beverage for CWMer's?

don't drink...don't smoke...root beer float is pretty racey for me...
 now, if i did want a new year's eve drink, it would be canadian club and whatever mix was available...
