May be a dumb question, but... If you make an appointment with a girl you've never partied with and she wants you to put down a deposit, do you get the deposit back if you don't come to an agreement on price after you get there? If not... It seems kinda foolish to put down a non-refundable deposit when you have no idea if you can afford her.

I don't know the answer, but Shari's and Mona's don't require deposits to make appointments.

Your deposit is transferable to another lady within the establishment of things don’t work out. However, if you spend a lot of time messaging over several months it can be a nice gesture to let her have it as a tip. :)

Does every house work that way? I know you worked in Moundhouse so I’m sure that’ll apply there, but what about, say, Chicken Ranch? I know some of the girls ask for deposits there. What would happen if a guy was completely out of his league, and no girl would come to an agreement with him? Could he get his money back?

I’ve always been skeptical on the subject of deposits, I know you replied to a topic about someone asking about how you are supposed to know what a 10% deposit is when you don’t know the amount. From what I remember you gave good advice (as always;)), but I think back to my visit to Sheris. Yes, I know what Jack said about Sheris but it’s a good example. I would have never guessed in a million years that the first girl would not have been willing to go below $4000/hr. I didn’t view her profile until after the visit, but from what I remember her profile was very basic, not a porn star or anything, pics didn’t look that professional, so I would never thought her to be a premium girl. There is absolutely no way a guy like me can somehow negotiate with numbers like that (and remember that was what I talked her down to), so had I made a deposit (if Sheris required them) I would have been dead on arrival. I shouldn’t have had anything to do with that girl to begin with.

Also X1A, at many houses a deposit is something the girl may ask for, it’s not necessarily a requirement of the house.

I don’t see why it wouldn’t be transferable. If, let’s say, a lady cuts her tour short for an emergency or otherwise becomes unavailable then that would be the standard. I’ve had deposits moved to me that way in the past. :)

As I have mentioned many times, never before has there been so many communication tools to use to plan your party.

Take advantage of them, few existed with I started visiting brothels 20 years ago.

Most houses now offer email directly with the ladies, as far as deposits if they ask for them learn all you can before committing...like any purchase...know the 'fine print'. Demand good business practices..

Get a number on the party you expect..

Curious who SMRKIA dealt with at Shari's he must remember her name? I have partied there a dozen times since reopening, only one lady quoted me anything like the number he stated. She left the business, her model obviously didn't work for her. He may have got 'screened out' for whatever reason.

Shortly after re-opening I am confident a lady at the CR basically screened me out, ridiculous numbers for the party I requested....no budging ..she too , has left the business.

Since re-opening 26 parties 22 different ladies over 8 houses, > 20 failed negotiations, with a few exceptions my choice..didn't click with the lady during negotiations interview..

I was just looking at the CR website info on appointments, and it's a little confusing. Sounds like the are encouraging you to make a deposit although it's not required? I would have to call or message them to be certain. Do you have any information about appointments at the CR Claymore.

Question for Smrkia: is the lady who quoted you that high price still working at SR?

Contacting a girl in advance is not as easy as people make it sound. At least not in my experience. There's no email addresses listed for girls at the Elko houses and I'm lucky if I get a response from 1 out of 3 elsewhere.

As for transferring a deposit, you're still committed and are forced to make a choice with no opportunity to bail without losing money if things don't work out. Blindly committing to an unknown price tag is a little too risky and makes it easy to get scammed. Imagine going to a gas station and not knowing the price of gas until you fill your tank a certain amount. LPIN is the only industry where you can't get a price or even an estimate in advance (for obvious legal reasons), and that makes the idea of non-refundable deposits a turn off (no pun intended).

I haven't ever used the deposit systems at any house and if I did I would be absolutely sure of all the details..

I have had appointment's..Zara Zain at the CR and Freya at Shari's, Zara I had partied with her twin sister Zoey twice before so everything was identical..

With Freya I had partied with her before ,so much the same..same price, same party...excellent results...

Don't be surprised if management actually is actually answering the email, if you are using the house URL.
Don't be surprised if management monitors all the emails sent to the house URL.

You have to use the girl's social media account or personal email account if you expect to talk to the girl personally, and privately.

Preaching to the choir there, but a couple things,
I’m not sure how many houses require (or allow the girls to require) deposits, I guess Inez’s/Monas and Sheris don’t. Also looked at the booking form for Mustang it says nothing about a deposit. Guess it must be a thing with Moundhouse and Chicken Ranch mostly. But yes, the problem is that a guy could go to one house and get a great party, and then go to another house and be laughed out the door for trying to get a party for that amount… now what? The guy is out his money. Or what if the girl had to leave and the guy doesn’t find any other girl attractive?

I suppose each house has its own policies that come to that, but I don’t think it would be unreasonable to require a deposit and then allow a refund if you actually show up. I think that’s the whole point, to avoid no shows.

I've found that sometimes the house webpage for a girl doesn't say anything about a deposit but her personal website does or she brings it up in an email response. One girl seemed more interested in getting a deposit than knowing the actual dates of my trip. Instant turn off.

I think being able to walk away is one of the best negotiating tools you have. Don't give it away by making a non refundable deposit.
