I expect Dahlia will be back for her third tour this year in March. She is nominated for COY again. She is the most deserving for this year's award simply because for one, she is amazing as always and two, she has already been a runner up about three times before. There are many deserving girls on here. I just hope that Dahlia's time has finally come. She has definitely paid her dues. Yes, she is still at the Chicken Ranch and I can vouch that her classic beauty, personality and great service are still fabulous.
