Being in a wheelchair I have had many ladies be extremely helpful. The room I stay in is up a hill and some of the ladies have pushed me up there/made sure I got up there ok. It is definitely above and beyond their normal job to do that. This last trip Zoey at MLBR was very helpful Holding Doors, moving chairs etc. Last Fall Taylor Lee Helped me carry my bag and helped me unpack up there. Very nice
