LPIN Gathering banquet tickets are now on sale.

The date of the banquet is Friday, July 22, 2016.  The cost is $35 per person.

For all the details see the banquet announcement at the top of this forum.

To order tickets, please send an email to LPIN Gathering20banquet@gmail.com.

We need to have a minimum of 30 in order to have the banquet.  We would like to have some early reservations to help pay for the deposit.

We have now received requests for 23 tickets.  That is great as we are nearing our minimum of 30 needed for the banquet.  Please send in your requests for tickets as soon as possible so we can reach our minimum.  If you have requested tickets but have not sent in your money, please do so as soon as possible so we can have a definite paid head count.

There are less than two months remaining to order your banquet tickets.  The deadline is July 4.  So send in your order as soon as possible to LPIN Gathering20banquet@gmail.com.

We have received requests for 25 tickets but have only received money for 13 tickets.  If you have made a reservation but have not paid, please send in your money as soon as possible so we can have a confirmed head count.  We must have 30 paid reservations in order to have the banquet.

I have watched this years and it always seems like pulling teeth to get reservations and get them to pay for the ticket

Is the cost?

Seems cheap to me. If iits cost I can open BunnyRanch Roadhouse to the event and do it for less money .

Good food, great bar and it's a mile from 75 to 80 girls and that is what this event is about isn't it?

It has always been like this. The year I hosted the banquet I was nervous as hell, but ended up with 65 paid tickets.  Many wait until the lat minute.

   Most likely  people  might  B  worried more about
   the   Photo Gate III issue  &  thier  privacy

The rules alwayys have been
  No photography will  B allowed in the banquet room except by Sheri and her assistant. 

 Yet  another person  snuck a few shots of  photo taking @ the banquet  &
         those photos  R  out  & about

No I don't think it's price at all. I remember last year Goldie posting reminders for people to send in their $ right up until the deadline. I myself put off mailing the check until I saw one of her reminders. Last year I thought we had a great turnout and was impressed to see the number of people representing MR and Dovetail. 

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting ladies i may never had been able to visit on my own.  I was able to meet Belle without ever having been to Dovetail and ended up partying with her two months later at CR.  Never would've happened if we didn't hit it off at LPIN Gathering19. So ladies, get your pretty asses out there and meet some mongers.

You hit my reservations for this year.  Due to the action of one very long time member I will not attend the banquet, breakfast meeting ( if in a public place), or picnic. Now I may still show up, but it would do no one any good for me to run into XXX.  For me he personally killed LPIN Gathering by his betrayal. I had better end this post now as I am getting more and more pissed as I write it.

Yes...as I recall photos have NEVER been allowed except by the LPIN Gathering photographer. That hasn't stopped it yet

Human Nature 101: The last minute is the best time to do anything.

It's why I don't sweat the small stuff even when handling things that require working with a ton of people. As I function under the assumption that at least half the people I interact with are as equally massive a procrastinator as I am and they're just waiting until right before the deadline to whip up something unexpectedly awesome. And I have yet to be disappointed.

No, Low, and Realistic Expectations are the best expectations. The banquet will be the jump off, I know it. Because I just blessed the event and I have Jesus-like superpowers.

We will have lots of good food with a choice of two entrees.  The LPIN Gathering awards will be announced at the banquet.
