NYE COUNTY BROTHELS LAW CHANGES

Nye co is working with me, sr and cr to change the regs some, we had a meeting in P town a week or so ago with the Co. mrg, DA, Sheriff to try to get all their ideas and our ideas on paper, the Lawyers are working on language now that includes the ACLU lawyer, i posted about this before. There are things i like in this like clarifying who has to be lic. right now its not clear if an investor has to be lic and if so how much can one own before that person has to go thru complete back round check i went thru 7 times to get all my lic.

Should anyone that has involvement do background ck? what if they own

There is no discussion of lic revocation at meetings nothing regarding the temp lic issued two of the brothels in the past  just tightening language and of course raising  fees for the ranches.

What would you like to see changed?

I want them to change the law re girls having to retest if they are out of the house more than 24 hours. I want girls to move into the area and take two or three days a week off and not have to get retested, it works in Northern nevada for me for 24 years.

I want the law to change re age, if you can carry a weapon and kill for your country you should be able to go to a brothel in Nevada, just stay away from the bar, do you agree or disagree

I agree with lowering the age of both ladies & clients.   Outdates should also be allowed down south.   I would like to see a hotel at ACH - I think it would bring more business to both Southern brothels as well as extra income for the county.

You right on everything, I dont have any hotel rooms but we do have amazing suites that you will love at both places free to posters let me know when you want to try one many posters here have stayed there

BTW: I think hof does bring up an interesting question about investors and background checks?  I think the reason is to stop the underworld from taking control of brothels?  How do they make sure that no longer happens with casinos? Casinos have investors.   Wasn't that the problem with Lance's investor? That is that he never went through a background check and was never licensed?  When is it an investor and not just a personal loan?  What about silent partners?

Yes, I was 18 too. It was like cocaine, once I had it, I was addicted.  Perhaps if it would have been 21 instead of 18, I might have spent more time on building real relationships instead of pay for play relationships.
