I had the pleasure of spending time with Jada Bailey at the Alien Cathouse twice now and I'm certain it will be a regular occurrence. She is very sweet, absolutely stunning, and so much fun. Hell, she's motivating me to focus on aerobics more.

When I got there Friday after a long drive I wanted to rest a few minutes and she suggested we do some lunges instead to stretch my legs and get the blood pumping. I probably should have, but I've not exercised regularly this last year and I was a little intimidated. Ha! But, I'm back on a routine inspired by her. Next time, we're doing lunges.
