northern houses

i've been to the southern houses a total of 15 times (mostly sheri's but have also gone to chicken, love ranch vegas, and alien) and they all happened after i had looked up the pricing surveys from 2010-2012 and 2011-2013 to do some research and they were helpful. i'm going to reno for a couple months and was wondering about the prices. i will use vague percentages because specific prices seem to lead to arguments. elko is being excluded because the prices there seem to be an open secret.

to start, i will concede all the following points:
1. negotiations are ymmv
2. the pricing survey data is old and doesn't account for inflation/housing market/financial outlook/etc
3. the pricing survey data only shows an overall view (i couldn't find the single entries to run any other analysis) doesn't consider day/time/season/lady/etc

taking the average from the 2 surveys would seem to put more weight on the 2011-2012 overlap, so taking the max from the urban brothels (and alien since i went there) gives these results (wild horse resort excluded because that became mustang?)

so on all of my visits my max is a certain percentage of the average at every house. for example, if my percentage was 500%, then that means the max i was willing to spend was $500 * 5 = $2500/hour at alien, $2625/hour at chicken, $2780/hour at love ranch vegas, and $3910/hour at sheri's. if my percentage was 5% then that's $25/hour at alien, $26.25/hour at chicken, $27.80/hour, and $39.10/hour at sheri's. i don't pay either of those but i've partied and i've been walked. my percentage is between 10% and 200% and i haven't changed it in the last 4 years.

when i started going to the houses i determined what was comfortable to me and stuck with it. so my question is aimed at the people that have been to both northern and southern houses. i'm not asking where you fall in the table and i'm not saying these numbers work with every girl at every house at every hour on every day. my question is besides the usual ymmv, across the different houses in the north and south have the prices from each column generally worked? for example, if you fall in the 20% column and have paid around $156.40/hour at sheri's and $97/hour at sagebrush in the last year, a simple "numbers match for me" or "numbers don't match up for me" are helpful. i'm not asking anyone to say what columns they fall in. although if the numbers don't match, saying which house doesn't fit would be helpful like "alien and chicken are in one column, but kit kat is in another column" would more helpful. although maybe kit kat should be exclude (ownership change since the surveys?)

First off good job on doing your homework. Second Hiking Guy will be very impressed that some one actually reads and uses his surveys, I know he puts a lot of time into them.

I strive to stay within the 90%-110% range, and do so very successfully in all houses.  I am not afraid to walk myself as I have found that lengthy negotiations lead to less than happy parties as one or the other of you feels that you lost.   A good right to the point talk about price and activities/time with a quick agreement leads to my best parties.

Using the survey helped me on my first trip in April.  I ended up at 110% range for both of my parties.

Just my opinion......
Some truth to the pricing surveys.  Though pricing surveys does not show failed negotiations which could be nowhere near the data.  So this information tells me probably the majority of the surveys were with Reasonable Price Ladies.  With High Roller Price Ladies final pricing may vary substantially.  Therefore, depends upon who is the lady.  Based on previous negotiations would say "Numbers don't match" with specific brothels.

Welcome to the SIN board dtd9 after lurking for 4 years (or did you have another handle)? I'm impressed that you got a 10% range party at one of the southern houses in the past 4 years, it might get some mongers into thinking of coming out of "retirement" from LPIN. Did you submit party price information to Hiking Guy for his surveys?

Disregard the Kit Kat Ranch pricing. When Dennis Hof bought it, he closed it for a long time to make extensive renovations and it has been open now for only a year, and they are still working on adding the swimming pool. When it reopened, they had Hof ladies from his other brothels working at Kit Kat along with his other experienced managers that knew the Hof method of training and running the business. The prices that you will probably see now at Kit Kat now are more in line with Love Ranch North and Sagebrush prices.

Since you have visit brothels in southern Nevada 15 times, Sheri's mostly, you should be good to go at any of the 5 Reno area brothels. If you are serious about visiting and partying at Love Ranch North sometime this year, you should sign up for their LPIN Gathering XXI - REWARDS PROGRAM 2017 by making a post on their thread saying you want in, to get some added extra time with participating ladies.

Thanks dtd9 four the fine work.  Since I rarely party for a full hour with a lady, for reasons I will not bore you with. I will need to double or even triple the amount I am willing to pay for a full hour if I am doing a half hour to 45 minutes, to fit in your survey. That would push me into the 120% range sometimes, except for the few times I partied at Shari's where I managed to negotiate ridiculously low rates, in the 10-20% range :-).
