LPIN Gathering 19 picnic

Ok, Sheri and I have secured a site for the picnic in July.   We already have one attendee signed up.   If you plan to attend the picnic this July please send me an e-mail, ib1@nvbell.net, and I will send you the location by return e-mail and put you on the attendee list.

Even though everyone is welcome at the picnic we would like to be notified if you are coming and how many are in your party so we can more accurately plan the food and keep our costs under control.

The picnic will be on Saturday July 18 from 10 AM until 5 PM and will include a continental breakfast starting at 10 AM and a picnic lunch with cooking starting between noon and 1 PM.

Shovel got all excited about this announcement and imediately loaded herself up in the pickup...it took an hour to convince her that the picnic was a few months away and she didn't have to stay in the pickup....

it's tradition that I drop a hotdog into the fire, so of course i plan to be there

Thanks for posting the schedule.  I'm glad its early in the month, but its too bad the Aces are out on the road that week.

I've had several RSVPs for the picnic already but thought I would bump this up for those who plan to come but haven't contacted me yet.

I would also like to mention that the Awards Committee meets at the picnic and there were a lot of people who had to retire after last year.  If you would like to be a part of the Awards Committee you should attend the picnic and the meeting.  I'm sure they would welcome all the help they can get.

Firefighter, that Soylent Green and fiber is what is giving you stomach problems, you need to eat Jagged Chips, and his salsa for your fiber and vitamins instead that 'healthy' stuff..
