  Finaly home from LPIN Gathering14 July 29th

Actually it was a combination road trip to test out the Camaro, visiting friends, LV pleasure trip, and LPIN Gathering. I did not take notes so I
will just give the daily schedule and add comments that I rememember.

July 18th:

day 1 head out from Portland Or. and crashed in Ontario Or. the 1st night.

July 19th:

Headed south towards Winnemucca. I got in early, around noon, un-packed and rested up. That night I went to what used to be the line. Now it is just 2 Brothels. One disguised as a strip joint but really isn't.  There were a total of 4 ladies. 3 at one house and one at the other. The town and the Brothels seemed very dead. I was not impresed with the ladies or the town. Over 30 years ago Winnemucca was one of my favorite spots. Today, it looks very tired and depressed. If someone is in the neighborhood go ahead and check it out. I would not make a special trip just to go to Winnemucca.I did run into Hiking Guy, at about the same time, I was getting ready to head back to my Hotel. At 1st he didn't recognize me, but then it dawned on him who I was. We just said a short Hi to each other.

July 2oth:

  This morning I headed out to Elko. A nice fairly short drive. The Camaro ran great. I got to Elko around noon. The town was busy. I found a hotel right away, The Rodeway Inn. They let me check in even though it was only noon. I liked the Hotel. Wifi, Refrig, Microwave and clean room close to everything. It was $53.00 per night. I would stay there again.

Their were several reasons why I even decide to combine LPIN Gathering with a trip to Elko. I wanted to see how all the hype about Inez's compared to my actual experience.  Elko was also the very 1st Brothel I went to over 30 years ago. One of the other reasons was I had never met Bones and I wanted to but a face to his handle. I was very impressed with both Elko the city, and Inez's

At about 5:30 Pm I headed over to Stockmans bar to see who might show up. I saw a guy walking around the bar area looking around. I had a hunch it might be Bones. Neither him or i made contact at that time. At about 6:00Pm I saw Shooter. I guess he had seen me earlier, but I had not seen him at that time. Within a few minutes about 8 of us were at a table in the bar area. Everybody introduced themselves. At that time I saw my hunch was right Bones was who I thought it was walking around. It was nice to meet him. I wont list all the guys that were there because if I did I would get them all wrong or leave somebody out. I think it is all ready posted on SIN somewhere. I will make 1 comment about Oldfatman. He isn't old or fat.

At about 6:30 we all headed out to Inez's. Inezs is small 8 guys in there is a bit crowded. I was introduced to 3 ladies. The one that got my eye was Joanne. Note to Ib: I'm half deaf also, but her English was not a problem. I talked to her quite abit it was just fine. Be aware that she is only 21 and young enough to be your grand daughter, but she doesn't act like a silly teeny bopper. I thought she was great both as a working girl and her personality.

Before I partied with her or anyone I did want to go check out all the other Brothels in Elko. Myself and Hiking guy went Brothel hopping  and got a line up at all the other brothels. I think they had 2 or 3 ladies at each Brothel They were OK, but nothing that made me want to stick around. I went back to Inezs and made arrangements to party with Joanne at around 9:00.

Around 9:00 I booked my party with Joanne. Piece of cake negotiations. $300.00. Their were NO stubbling blocks. She was more than willing to do all I wanted and more. It was booked for an hour. I really liked the table shower to start things off. I'm an old Vietnam vet. and spent a lot of time in the orient. Bangkok, tokyo, and Oginawa. The whole experience reminded me of some fun days. Ladies that know how to please a man both physical and put you at ease. Joanne did all of that. I was not clock watching , but when I got out Shooter and the rest of the guys were waiting outside they said the time was longer than the hour. I would say if you have never been to Elko give it a try. It is or was for me worth going out of your way or even making a special trip there. I would say Inez's is a great little Brothel and a uniqueBrothel experience. I give Elko and Inez's an excellent rating compared to all other small or large Brothels.

July 21st:

I headed out in this morning towards Reno. Got checked in fairly early at the Nugget courtyard in Sparks. The cost was $40.00 per night. I paid an extra $10.00 for the refrig. The Nugget as been one of my favs for a long time. That night I headed to Carson city. My 1st stop was Sagebrush. i think thier were about 7 ladies in the lineup. I did not choose a lady but went to the bar. The place was very quiet 1 lady came over to me and we talked for about 40 minutes. I think her name was sadie. She was pleasant and we made small talk about LPIN Gathering and the message boards. No one else came over to say hi. The place was very dead.

I then went to The LoveRanch. They had about 10 or more ladies. I did not choose anyone I just went to the bar. Several ladies came over and introduced themselves. Chloe  and I talked about some of the past ladies from the Kitty's days. I thought the ladies and atmosphere was much more upbeat and gave a friendly glow.

I decided not to go to KitKat or BunnyRanch. Kitkat I just didn't give a darn if I went their or not. I did want to go to the Bunny Ranch but I was getting tired so I headed back to the Hotel.

July22nd:

I headed out to my 1st scrupples coffee meeting on this trip. It was very much like most of the other morning meetings over the last 13 years. lots of guys sitting around talking about a little bit of everything. lots of hi's are ya been? I chatted with several people but mostly talked to Mike dDallas. He and I always seem to have long interesting talks abut life in general. He's a good guy and I enjoy our chats.

At about 12:00 I left to go meet a good friend for lunch. He knows all about the LPIN Gathering's and some of the guys but as never actually been to one. we had a 2 1/2 hour lunch meeting where we talked about a lot of things we have in common. I then headed back to the Hotel. I had plans of going to the WH party that night. Ok! This is where you guys call me an idiot or just a looser. I am adicted and obssesed with Big Brother. It was on that night. I thought it over for about 10 seconds. Big Brother or WH. It was an easy decision. I stayed at the Hotel and watched Big Brother.

July 23rd:

I went to the morning meeting at scrupples. Pretty much like the day before although I talked to a few other people. After the morning meeting I met up with my travel companion and very good friend for the last 13 years, Nikita.

Friday evening Nikita and I headed out to the Banquet. Again very much like many of the past Banquets over the last 13 years. I think this is the fifth or sixth Banquet Nikita and I have attended together. It was a  nice time. Shooter did a good job. I know their was a lot of last minute ticked changes or add ons. Myself and Nikita were two of those. Thanks Shooter. I or we decided against going to the Love ranch party. We both wanted to go but were both tired and We were flying out to Las vegas in the morning for a couple of days so we skipped it.

July 24th:

Its off to Las vegas. No long drive today Nikita and I are flying to catch Cheap Trick at The Paris That night. I had no idea who they were nor did Nikita. I had reservations for the center section but no assigned seats. We were both a  bit concerned that it would be a flop. I have seen most of the shows in LV and some were great and others we walked out of after 10 minutes. This was GREAT! the seats we got were 4 back from the stage dead center. The performance was awesome. We both loved the concert. This was my 1st stay at the Paris. Over the years  I have stayed at most of the major Hotels. I always try to stay at a different Hotel everytime. I thought the Paris was fine. It is easy to find your way around. I liked it. My only complaint would be that thier Wifi does not work very well.

Here is a bit of a side story. Nikita and I had planned to go to Paris France last June. For a lot of reasons, but mostly that niether I or her were ready for a 10 to 15 hour flight or did we feel we had the energy for that adventure. So the Paris in LV was our pretend Paris trip. We got to go up the Eifle Tower. Not exactly the same thing, but it worked for us. I put on my French accent and spoke French to the maids and staff. It was fun.

July 25th:

We spent the 2nd day in LV. Mostly did tourist shit. Some nice dinners and a few of LV from the top of the tower.

July 26th:

I fly to Reno and spend the night at the Nugget again. Transfer my stuff back to the Camaro for a trip to California. Nikita goes home.

July 27th:

I drive to  the sacremento area to vist with friends for one night.

July 28th:

I head back towards good old Oregon. I crash in Medford the 1st night.

July 29th:

I made it home!!!

This was a fun trip for me. Everything seemed to fall in place and go just right. Some even better than I ever expected. From my 1st day on the road to the eastern Nevada trip, LPIN Gathering14, LV and all the way home I enjoyed myself. Free wheeling with 60's music blaring was a blast. I'm glad I made this trip. I'm old, senile, deaf, and have night blindness, but i still no how to have fun every once in awhile.

That's a great Trip Summary and it sounds like you had quite an adventure for July2010.  I enjoyed tagging along with you visiting the other brothels in Elko since that's something I don't always bother to do, especially when I only have 1 night in Elko.

I agree with you 100% that Inez's is a great small Brothel and a unique Brothel experience & also give Elko and Inez's an excellent rating compared to all other small or large Brothels. Elko, and Inez's in particular, is not to be missed by anyone seeking a great party experience at an affordable price and without negotiations. I've never had a bad party at Inez's and most of my parties there have been repeat parties with ladies who became my favorites.

Good report and summary of the travels and experiences along with added data on motel options for others to stay when in town.

Sorry didn't recognize it was you, guess pic on the web the mind recalled didn't match. But then again I have trouble at times with names and faces. But glad to have finally met in person having seen your posts for a long time. Maybe get more time to swap old stories, the first house I visited was Mona's back in July 84, so  the Elko meeting is kind of an annversy for me, there have been some good ladies since then in various places over the years.

It was a good session meeting the other new faces also.
