Roxy Gold posted a picture of her and Matt at Mona's on Twitter last October. There were a few months between the taking of the footage and eventual video release. I mean, it makes sense that he would have a backlog of footage if he does weekly releases, but I didn't imagine it would take this long.

Great series.  Bella and Dace from the Mustang are especially appealing.  They seem attractive, enthusiastic, easy to talk to like a real person.  Dace seems bubbly and fun.

I looked at some of the comments on his recent videos of Elko, sounds like his viewers wanted to see something else, they got tired of 4 weeks of "all Elko all the time". I really want to see the videos of Inez's (it sounds like he did some stuff there), as that's the house I like the most.

Looked at the old Inez's lineup from October (as it sounds like that's when it was taped) both Torri and Ariana (2 of my favorites) were still there, so I'd be interested to see if they were interviewed.

We just haven't loved Matt's story telling style and mostly been disappointed with the videos highlighting the different brothels. 

That said - the video with Roxy, Roxy Gold & Mila is OUTSTANDING!  You can really see his gentleness and interviewing skill and the lady's shine in the video. 

Watching it gave us both a huge desire to book a trip out to Elko and HUGE anxiety about having to chose just ONE of those gorgeous ladies to party with. 

Appreciate Roxy G mentioning not enough women coming to the brothel and the interviewed lady bringing up the idea of visiting.

Please don't expect a bunch of lights and 3-4 cameras Hollywood style.  It looks like Matt has one additional person running the camera, maybe a cell phone.

Matt's series does give a person a glimpse of several people and several houses that the average customer would never see.

(Plus, it let's me see the steps leading into the Desert Rose, making it wheelchair inaccessible, contradicting a courtesan's claims to the opposite.)

I honestly don't know anything about the situation at Desert Rose, but have you asked if they have a temporary ramp for that situation? I've seen that done in other places. Permanent installation is just so expensive for a small business, so many of them have that instead, you just need to ask.

I agree that a wooden ramp would be a simple solution at several of the houses.  However, none have considered such a simple approach.  I have been checking the houses for at least 4 years.  One year at Donna's, when VanityAffairs organized a luncheon for the mongers, some of the guys put together a temporary wooden ramp that allowed me to get into that house.

I'm sorry but there is no excuse to not have a wheelchair ramp at any brothel. I understand some of the buildings are not exactly the most modern but this is outside and the requirements are easily found.

Maximum slope for hand-propelled wheelchair ramps should be 1" of rise to every 12" of length (4.8 degree angle; 8.3% grade). Maximum slope for power chairs should be 1.5" rise to 12" length (7.1 degree angle; 12.5% grade). Minimum width should be 36" (inside rails) - (48" is ideal).

There is a feed store near where I live that has a ramp that I swear has to be 45 degree incline. I was like wtf?

Putting moral reasons aside, from a business standpoint it makes 0 sense not to. Using a brothel as an example, if having a ramp gets them so much as one customer who does 1 party it will probably pay for itself very easily. And you know they would get more than 1 party out of it.

I won't be getting to Elko for awhile but when I do and I if get to the Desert Rose I will inquire about this. Going back to moral reasons I think everyone should be able to take part in the activities they want to. And again it's not that hard.

Right on.

I can point to one "ramp" that appears steep enough to cause even a walking person to slip and fall if there is freezing rain or snow.  (Lawsuit heaven.)

I have really enjoyed this series of videos about the Nevada brothels since last summer (2022), when I started my journey into my new habit/hobby. When it got to the Elko houses I was beside myself, even though up until last month I had only partied at Sue's. I can kind of understand why they didn't participate as discussed on other posts here. I told Louis on the phone last month how much I appreciated his very heartfelt interview. Matt has a very fair, empathetic, sympathetic approach to all of his subjects. It is really nice seeing all of the individual ladies and their beautiful personalities. I can't wait to see the future Elko episodes whenever that may be.
