At the bar with Anna, Rose, Mila, and Vlad the Impaler

I made my 1st Elko run down to Mona's in 4 months, from Idaho, Sunday August 20th. It was the one-year anniversary from when I 1st visited Mona's on my way to another party at Sue's in 2022, and when first I met the Anna, Lily and Jessy.

On the way down, I Only hit 1 small patch of already dead crickets on Highway 51, and light to moderate rain, (no monsoon). 

As always, Anna was the charming, gracious host, Rose was fantastic (review forthcoming), and I saw Vladimir again (he let me pet him back in April). Mila had a client there she was chatting with (super nice young guy who was waiting for his buddy, who was partying with Riley). I had seen Mila before but had never spoken to her. Somehow, we got off on the topic of DNA Ancestry (she's Danish). I now know why she is so highly regarded here and has won awards 2 years running. She is super sweet, humble, funny, and seemed like a Golden Viking Valkyrie Goddess.

There is a reason Mona's won best Rural Brothel 2022 and has won other awards. Their Hospitality is Second to none.
