So yes, I finally went somewhere in Northern Nevada that isn't Monas or Inez's.

Let me start off by saying I feel like I have made a couple mistakes in the past on inserting myself on debates involving brothel workplace politics. Just go and have a good time.

So I made the drive out to Carlin from Elko late morning. I got to Dovetail and was greeted by the bartender/manager. He said "we took over management about 3 weeks ago" which I believe was referring to him and Paige Nicole, so I'm not sure if they are a pair or were just hired together.

Paige Nicole was the only girl available (not a bad thing), the madam on the menu available by appointment only, although I didn't have an appointment she was on the floor as there were no other girls available (Rhiannon had just left). She made it sound like you should not typically expect to just walk in and see her without an appointment, as this will only happen if there's no one else. So take note, if you want to see her, make an appointment.

She looks so much better than her pictures, I know I always say that but it's true. I feel she looks way younger in person. She seems to be a typical girl next door. Just attractive, and not soaked in makeup. I guess you could call her "real", just an attractive woman who doesn't need to soak herself in makeup to look great.

She did a good job making me feel at ease. I'm always nervous going to a new house and despite the laid back atmosphere and reputation of Dovetail, along with a much friendlier welcome than Sheri's Whoopi Goldberg lookalike, it was no exception.

We also talked (which sparked my aging brothel owners thread) and she is very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed her company. I'm afraid I may have to sway from my no appointment mindset the next time I am in town so I can see her again.

So any Elko visitors, leave your politics at the voting booth and consider a visit to Dovetail.

And again, inquire about the upside down Bud Light Sign... haha.

It always helps to call the Dovetail main line ahead of time before your visit, just to confirm the lady is available and/or make a verbal appointment. It works perfectly to call in the morning before an afternoon visit.

Maybe I should call in my Arnold Palmer drink request before my next visit.  :)

Aww thank you so much!! I had such a great time with you!  Researching the old defunct brothels in Nevada was a hobby before I started working in them.  So finding someone to talk brothel history gets me all excited.  Hurry back!
