I was quite nervous, as this was my first visit. I wasn't sure what to expect and wanted to ease into things at the bar. Kitti approached me there and was very friendly. She explained quite a few things about how things operate, who was who, and just kept the conversation going. I quickly found myself at ease and let her take me on a tour. When we entered the negotiation room, things went smoothly, and I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. The time we spent was very pleasant, and I'd be happy to visit with her again when I'm back in the area. Thanks, Kitti!
