Seriously, if vicarious liability gains traction you will see more shut downs. It is not a stretch to imagine this having a chilling effect on cam'ing, all fetish activity, even general porn.

Who knows, maybe even hotels that have hosted (with or without their knowledge) prostitution transactions will be held liable.

Instead of this crap, how about going out and rounding up the little girls on street corners?  It took Lisa Ling about 5 minutes to find them when she did her documentary.  This all came about because some affluent kids got lured into it, and their parents wouldn't shut up until there was a law.  Most of the little girls on the corner are not white and/or are poor kids, runaways from the foster care system.  Notice how no one is out there trying to save them.  Even the black politicians.  Let's just shut down the internet.
