Well, I thought we were comparing the price of a hooker to the price of other goods to show how ridiculous 30k was. Not comparing cars to  air planes.

Any how about a flying car -Jetsons Style. Another way America could lead the world if the politicians would provide the right environment.

You're not making any sense in regards to the original post. Are you sure you understand the post about a hooker making 30k for a party? Time for you to screw the top back on the Beefeater's and go to bed.

I'll do likewise, not screwing the top back on the gin but just going to bed.

Even though Sw is right it had nothing to do with the original question ECE is right our politicians need to wake up smell the coffee & get their shit together.

I also got the flying car joke I used to watch the Jetsons all the time as a kid.  The Flintstons too.

Scooby Doo although it was so obvious they were all on drugs Shaggy & Scooby in particular really were in need of a trip to drug rehab lol....;D

$2,000 is the posted price for an overnight at the Shady Lady.  So That'd be 15 overnights...

You could always spend a little more for a nice hotel room. :P

1. Hugh Hefner Sky Villa
Is the most expensive suite on the Strip with a glass elevator to the second floor, an infinity pool with the Playboy logo on the bottom (the iconic bunny is everywhere), a rotating bed with mirrors on the ceiling. There’s also an indoor waterfall, a massage room, screening room, private gym, an eight-person hot tub and a sauna. Hefner, of course, stays free but you need to shed $40,000 to make like Hefner for a night.

Hotel: The Palms
Rates: $40,000 per night
Square footage: 10,000

Which hotel?

I would not but am not going to slam on someone who does.  Each of us has our own budgets some are bigger than others.  It is THEIR MONEY they can do whatever they want with it and to the ladies that make Big $$ parties Hoorah more power to you
Been on this board 8 years and some people still need to grow up

No way dude. Try adding a few zeros to that figure for a private party.

That's why if I could do it for $30k, I'd probably go for it LOL

Thirty Thousand dollars? I repeat Thirty Thousand dollars??

Bluntly put, no. That's 60 times or more than I would consider reasonable. If somebody is willing to drop that much on a couple of hours of entertainment, I've no gripe with, as long as nobody else is expected to follow suite.
